I can no longer seem to check in using the kiosk.
The tsp people who took care of me were very thorough,and very pleasant to deal with.wait times were less then expected and one of them helped my thru the sign in process.
I paid $161 for someone to tell me less about my ear then I was able to determine through a product purchased on Amazon. This is the second time I've gone in with an ear issue and left without what I went in for and paid amply for it. Usually someone buys me a drink or dinner before I get screwed
NP was very thorough but I was on tight schedule and walk-ins were taken ahead of me even though I had appointment. Website encourages walk-ins but staffing levels don’t accommodate that.
I made an appt Saturday for 4 pm. I quickly received an email asking me to head on into the clinic. That was 12:30. When I got there I was informed that they had 2 pts ahead of me and that they closed for lunch at 1:30. She saw how ill I was (flu) and said she would try to fit me in. She did and took care of my needs quickly. I’m 76 yrs old so I think she felt sorry for me. It was that or the ED at Trinity. I thank her for attending to me.
The NP was great. The nurse was rude, abrupt and very unfriendly. She did not look at us and cut us off when answering questions she asked. I think she needs a refresher in customer service and should learn how to smile.
Felt like a cookie cutter diagnosed.
I originally came in for an ear infection however, when the nurse was conducting her patient assessment she noticed I was having really bad allergies and she helped prescribe me allergy medicine that was better for me and I have never had a time in my life where I actually have had significant relief from allergies since now. Thank you so much for not just treating the symptom I came in for but taking care of me as a whole.
The Provider was kind and understanding on how I was feeling. She is excellent at her job.
