Easy, efficient
Quick Walk in Service- was in a hurry and the nurse was excellent.
The provider NP Betty was excellent.
Came as Walk-in. Check-in was easy. According to the practitioner had to wait additional 1.5h because system does not consider lunch break. This was the only (negative) issue with the visit. Practitioner was nice, explained everything and seemed proficient at what she was doing, would recommend

The Provider is extremely knowledgeable, remembers details from previous visits, and has a very comforting disposition....a true professional.
This was an employee wellness screening to avoid the surcharge. I am an Aetna employee. I gave the nurse my employee id number and my insurance card but I was charged the full $175 for the exam and am not able to get a refund, even after calling in and having it run through my insurance. My EOB says $10.58 is owed but $175 was taken from my HSA. I also am not sure if this counts towards my surcharge waiver or not. Please fix this I have called in multiple times.
