The Provider was both very knowledgeable and professional.
The nurse practitioner was very engaged and explained diagnosis clearly and with care.
I came in with what I thought was a possible, very mild uti. I mentioned I just took antibiotics 2 weeks prior and really don’t want to take them if I didn’t need to. I did pee stick and culture, both were negative. I even directly asked if pee stick was positive and was lied to. I took antibiotics because I was told it was positive then after 3 days got negative culture back and got a terrible yeast infection from antibiotics I should’ve never been prescribed. Even had Dr confirm on day 3 that they would’ve never prescribed antibiotics and told me to stop taking them. I was also only prescribed one yeast infection pill, which standard protocol is always 2 pills. I had to reach out to my dr for second pill to be filled. Awful experience and lastly was pressured to get vaccines while there. Will never ever go back or recommend cvs minute clinic, what an unreliable, inexperienced place with incorrect diagnosis
