It was easy to schedule the appointment. The NP who took care of me was The Provider. and was terrific. Addressed my concerns and prescribed my medicine, and today I'm feeling much better.
The provider was disrespectful.
I was on the list next to the kiosk as waiting. No one was listed on the appointment board above. 3 people came and were waited on and no one was on the list. Everytime the door opened the NP inside would call them in by name. Very poor system. I understand how triage works. I'm a retired Detroit FF paramedic. Their system is pure and simple nepotism. When I mentioned the wait time once inside the large gal NP wanted to argue how long I had been out there waiting. The girl training was somewhat pleasant. I suggest you review the CCTV of the waiting room on the day in question. mcyffly in the cancelation code the computer code that the cvs app gave me. Very poor experience!
The Provider was very helpful, friendly and efficient.
The doctor was quick and thorough.
My granddaughter had an ear ache, I made an appointment with Minit Clinic. I was seen at the time I scheduled the appointment for. She was diagnosed with an ear infection, prescribed the drops and a decongestant, we picked up the meds right there at CVS, which surprisingly there was no line, and was home within an hour and a half. The NP was polite, professional, and punctual.
