The whole experience was excellent from start to end. My nurse, The Provider NP was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and concerns.

The attention was great and everyone was very nice and cordial.
The walk-in clinic is very convenient.
The nurse practitioner was pleasant and listened to my problem. She handled it with patience and skill and gave clear instructions for follow-up.

Everything was great. Just a bit confusing how to fill in the check in app regarding insurance. I have medicare B plus additional coverage but the app didn't seem to want to take the second card. You should say only input Medicare Card because most people have additional insurance. Also I did not want to leave my Credit Card for ALL future visits, just this one but it was unclear as to whether you had to leave the credit card or not. You couldn't finish the check in without adding the credit card
