Service was amazing
Everything was good, but the waiting was hard as I had difficulty sitting on hard chairs
- Staff was fantastic. - Entire process took about 90 minutes.
scheduling was simple and great.
I was treated with respect and professionalism.
I do not believe that they have enough training on what to do when they feel like there is nothing to prescribe to you. I am allergic to penicillin and forgot it was in my file and she has to look to see what could be prescribed so I ended with a bacterial antibiotic and went to the er the next day and they advised me not to take it since I don’t have a bacterial infection. I have a virus and can’t take antibiotics due to being allergic to them all and it being day 4.
Very efficient, wonderful staff.
Got there at 1pm .. was able to register and sign in but then told 25 minutes later that we had to wait until 2 because the provider had to go on her lunch break.. I think that should be told when registering if after a certain time

The nurse practitioner was excellent.She educated me, advised me, and listened to me. It was easy to make the appointment, convenient and i was glad i did it.
