I was seen for an upper respiratory issue. Nurse did not test me for covid. Nurse did not give me a printed summary of my visit, and to get one online, I have to create an account. I don't think you can legally lock my records away from me in that fashion. So, until this last visit, I would have answered both questions with a much higher rating.

Very efficient and in and out. It was great
The first time I went to the Minute Clinic, I couldn't wait the required amount of time to be seen by the doctor/ When I came back the next day, I cam earlier and just walked in and was speaking to the doctor in 10 minutes. (No crowd, no waiting.)
The reason I went to the CVS Minute Clinic was addressed professionally. Medical services was provided in a timely fashion and my prescription was picked up on site.
Had no problems
I was seen om time. The care provided by the RPN was excellant
I was able to be seen in a timely manner were the VA couldn't see me for a month. If I had waited I would have been hospitalized again. She provided the medications I needed to head on the road to recovery. The only thing I'm concerned about is she did not provide a med for the pink eye and only addressed thee lung and sinus infection which I also new I had.
