Got treated for multiple problems quickly by The Provider. Only took about 5-10 minutes and prescription was ready soon after less than 5 minutes later.

All of my concerns were listened to attentively by the nurse practitioner. I really appreciated her time and attention to my hearing/ear issue.

The wrong medication was prescribed. Later that same day, I had to take my son to the Emergency Room, where we were informed that it was a bacterial infection. When I showed the cream that was recommended by the CVS MinuteClinic provider, I was told that it was not the appropriate treatment for his condition. Had the correct diagnosis and treatment been provided during our visit to the CVS MinuteClinic, we could have avoided the Emergency Room visit and the unnecessary pain, stress, and suffering my son endured. This situation is deeply concerning, as proper medical evaluation and treatment are critical—especially when treating children. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and reviewed appropriately to ensure that such incidents do not happen to other patients in the future.

This was the best minute clinic specialist I have ever seen. She knew exactly how to diagnose my illness, she was not on the computer clicking the entire time, and she was very personable and professional. When I have gone in the past it is about 25 minutes of someone re-asking the same questions 100 times that are in my chart and clicking on a computer and then a 5-minute exam. This was such a pleasant experience I have recommended this facility to others in my family.
