I walked in without an appointment and was graciously greeted by the staff, sorry I didn’t get their names. I waited about 10 minutes, then I was seen by the lovely PA. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and answered all my questions. I would definitely come back and recommend other others.

I was grateful I could get a same day appointment. It was very easy to make the appointment online and there was no wait time when I arrived at the appointment. The practitioner was really nice and I felt at ease. One issue was the website said the appointment would be between $99-$149, I got there and the practitioner asked someone and she told me it would be $160. After I agreed to the $160 for an earwax cleaning she did the exam and said I only had some little ear wax in one ear and she did not recommend a cleaning for such a small amount. I asked since we didn't do the cleaning was the appointment cheaper to which she said no (which didn't really make sense to me). The next day it felt like my ear was even more plugged with wax so I was frustrated because now not only did I not get the ear wax cleaned out, but if I go back in I will have to pay another $160 for the thing I just went in for the day before. I ended up just dealing with it on my own. My ear is still plugged after 4 days. I felt like it was a waste of money. I wish there could somehow be a "come back within 24-48 hours for the same issue for free" return.

The store was disorganized. Products were not priced and there were long product baskets and atacks of totes around the clinic area to the point you could not see the clinic area.

I have poison ivy blisters that are weeping and they hurt. The lady told me to get some poison ivy wash, which isn't effective after 4 days of having poison ivy, and gave me a cream. The last time I had poison ivy this bad, I needed steroids so I really hope I dont have to come back
