Fast and friendly service

I came to your clinic because you advertise that you do weight loss. One of the requirements apparently was to have blood work done within 90 days which I had already had done at my doctor's office and I had them fax the paperwork over and then they decided that they still wanted me to go and do blood work again when it was still within the 90 days, which means another additional cost to me.

The PA was very pleasant and professional with my child. It would have been helpful for the website to list the lunch break time so we understood the long (90 minutes) estimated wait time for a wait listed appointment.

Great Experience

The main reason was the staff was very unfriendly and quite passive aggressive during my session. You could clearly tell they were having a rough day and unfortunately they chose to take it out on me. They were dismissive to my questions, would cut me off mid sentence when I’d ask questions, and even made very aggressive comments back to me at times. I felt like my questions and me explaining my condition was a burden and I was being rushed even though I had an appointment that was delayed nearly an hour (I never complained about my appointment being late or rushed them and just waited until I was called). At one point they even seemed to mock me when I noted I had some family members that recently came by for the same illness and they received antibiotics in case something similar would help, they replied back “JUST TELL ME ABOUT YOUR CONDITION, what others had done doesn’t matter. They could have gotten open heart surgery for all I know and you DEFINITELY WOULDN’T GET THAT!” Very aggressive, mocking, and undermining individual. I will would be very hesitant to ever return for any quick sessions. Especially if I see the same individual servicing there.

The person enemies appointment took longer than expected semi appointment was delayed. I would recommend MinuteClinic allocate more time for the appointments. I'm glad I was able to rule out specific illnesses, but wish I was given more direction on what OTC meds were most efficient to take. Precheck was pretty smooth and my insurance was accepted.
