I normally get my vaccinations with the pharmacist, but for whatever reason, I had to go to the Minute Clinic for this one. I had a 9am appointment, checked in at 8:45 when they asked (since I was told to get there 10 minutes early). I waited 45 minutes (45 minutes!) to be seen. As soon as I got into the room, the technician/nurse took a personal phone call and excused herself. Fine. Took a bit longer than I thought it should have. Had to then go over my entire medical history, which was never the case with going thru the pharmacy, but apparently (although only feet apart) do not speak to each other. Ridiculous.
The doctor was very nice and attentive.
Wait time was longer than expected (20-25 minutes after appointment time.) Room was small and was used right before by someone who was sick (coughing/etc). Would have preferred to use the next room to allow rooms to 'breathe'.
The Provider was extremely thorough and explained everything. First time there and would definitely recommend
