Provideru is amazing! She listened to all my symptoms, asked insightful questions, and provided all available options for my care along with next steps.
Everything was great EXCEPT the online portal. It was slow and clunky. It failed to communicate a second party was busy booking the same time slot as me. I thought I was booked and showed up on time only to find someone else was already scheduled. VERY DISGUSTING.
The Nurse Practitioner knew I was suffering from allergies rather than another bronchial infection. She gave great advice that I followed which helped immensely.
