The Provider and JC are excellent! So grateful for their always wonderful care!
I asked to be tested for Covid and flu. The providers told me I didn’t need to get tested for anything and that my symptoms were due to my allergies. The next day I went to the emergency room and tested positive for flu b. Terrible experience.
I always find the nurse practitioner or other staff at CVS medical clinic be very professional, kind, educated and helpful. They are thorough in their assessment and checking symptoms, answering questions, etc. This is it to CVS clinic really helped because I was trying to rule out anything more serious than a bad sore throat, cold and congestion. The Provider also checked my ears for me, I appreciated. The wait time was acceptable even though I accidentally picked a “wait” list appt versus a a scheduled appt…ugh. Very satisfied with my visit & cost, the ease it took to make it and get there. I wish I could do a video, but I always do these responses when I look at my worst and not feeling great!!
The NP and staff were all wonderful in terms of care and bedside manner. However, they love to chat with one another as well as well. I had a prescheduled appointment at 9:20. I did not get to be seen by anyone until 10:15 and they forgot about me and then I got to see the nurse practitioner at 10:55. It took me 2 hours just to get diagnosed with the flu. It would be fine if they were backed up in the waiting room but I was the only person being seen at the time and there were three staff there. It is not fun to be in awaiting area of a pharmacy sick with the flu while others are chatting and you wait for them to be done so you can be seen. One of the doctors did apologize and said that she got to chatting which was nice of her but still could we chat after the patient has been seen?
The LPN, The Provider-[...], was extremely professional and nice. She was very proficient in removing the wax from my ear.
The minute clinic is really convenient for me. I can usually get an appointment the same day. When you're sick and you just want to see someone this is really nice because I usually have to wait to see my doctor.
My The Provider was an amazing listener and had good ideas about how to move forward.
Everyone at CVS is so kind and the provider was really helpful.
Both of The Minute-clinic caregivers I was seen by were both professional and kind. I go to this MC even tho it is 30 mins from where I currently live and have MC’s closer. But these NP are worth the extra miles and time. If only the Front Store and Pharmacy could be improved. I do not shop there more get my rx (if given one) filled at this location the employees are incompetent and rude. This location FS & RX really aren’t showing CVS’s typical high standards for excellence and customer service. THE MINUTECLINIC IS GREAT though !

The whole process was easy. Both nurses that I spoke with were professional and friendly. The nurse practitioner answered all my questions and provided a clear explanation for prescribed medications after I symptoms.
