I’ve scored so low as I recently got an STD/STI test at one of your clinics and the physicians/testing center LOST THE RESULTS. I have been waiting for days to receive a diagnosis and the “pending” test has been wiped from my results center. Now I’m sitting in limbo, unable to retest, not knowing my status.
Good experience. About 15-20 minutes behind schedule. Not bad for the end of the day.
My nurse was very good, she was thorough, nice and she listened to me.
Didn’t get release papers. Maybe your are not printing anymore. The doctor was great.
Friendly physician and helpful
The Provider was very thorough and helpful! I was able to get my prescription filled with just a little wait.
I saw the nurse practitioner about 10 minutes later than I was scheduled, which is no big deal. I expect to wait when seeing a medical professional from time to time. The issue was that I was the last appointment and I felt rushed out. I had to provide a urine sample and when I returned with it, she said that it wasn't enough and that there was no time for me to get more. It had only been 15 minutes and I felt that my concerns were not addressed. The NP said that time slots at these clinics are very rigid and that the appointment would have to end. She ultimately referred me to urgent care for a suspected UTI. During the 15 minutes, she also nearly forgot to take my vitals. She literally said "Oh I almost forgot to take your vitals." Very disappointing and unprofessional bedside manner.
I didn't have appointment and I was really sick and she took me in to look at me .and I got medicine
Difficult using your website to make an appointment.No discussion about prescribed medication and I was very concerned about the side effects. Had a difficult time reaching someone the next day to get a different med.
