The young lady that helped us that day was very nice and helpful.
Once I was in the room the experience was great! However, the online booking emphasized in several places that walkins and waitlist is available so I walked in and checked in at the kiosk and was told there are 0 people in front of you. 3 appts came and went before I was told appts come distant so unless there is a cancellation I could be waiting and best to book an appt. It would’ve been better to just say that up front. Also in the waiting area 3 doors closed said currently with a patient when in reality there was only one person working so if the other 2 doors said not in today it would be a more realistic expectation of wait time and service available.
Providere was great! She listened and help
The nurse practitioner was wonderful. I felt she was very thorough and professional She answered all my questions and gave me clear instructions on next steps. I would highly recommend this minute clinic.
