She was right on time for the appointment and had me out of there with my medication within 30 minutes
Tried to walk in, but the prior appointment went long and others showed up. I ended up leaving and making an appointment for later. Care was good and my concerns were addressed and I was given further instructions for next steps.

The nurse practitioner was dismissive of the symptoms I reported to her, and did not fully even look at me before making a judgement. I went in with what I assumed was a bout of stress induced eczema. Once I told the nurse I lived in a college town, however, she decided that I had scabies instead, and refused to believe me when I told her that I lived alone and had not been involved with anyone in any way that would have led to the transmission of the bug. I felt silenced, shamed and ignored about the symptoms I was experiencing, and so I left and sought treatment at a different center. Turns out I was in fact experiencing an enzymatic flair-up, and was appropriately given the right medication. I understand that the nurse practitioner is probably stressed and working alone all day, but to make patients feel uncomfortable and ignored is not right. I will not be returning in the future.
