Made an appointment for 10:40 and wasn't seen until 12
The wait was short. It was easy to schedule. My prescription was sent the the pharmacy so I could quickly pick it up and get back home. When you are not feeling good you just want to get in and out quickly
The Provider the NP that saw me went above and beyond what I expected!!! She really took the time to listen to me and diagnose my symtems. After seeing her and waiting at the Pharmacy she sought me out not once but twice once to give me another priscription and a second time to make sure on how to take the medications.
On site experience was perfect. Website and appointment managing, not so much
I really did not want to visit a minute clinic with CVS. The last time I went to one I had a horrible experience where I tried to get treated for poison ivy and the nurse told me it was basically chub rub from being fat… I was extremely worried I would have to beg to be treated for what I know I have and not treated for being fat. The nurses at this location listened and gave honest and sound advice. They listened . I do have to say the restroom being so far from the clinic in the store was ridiculous. Nothing like walking through hello kitty Easter sale items with your pee to humble you. The pharmacy people again were extremely nice. Overall impressed with CVS. Really hope this is the standard and not the exception
