I needed to see a health care provider for my symptoms and I found the whole process at the Minute Clinic to be convenient and easy.
The nurse practitioner was kind, informative & knowledgeable. I was seen promptly & she explained all aspects of my health issues succinctly. As usual, CVS Minute Clinic provided excellent care in a convenient location.
I basically went for a quick blood test to see if my dietary changes were going in the right direction. The test itself was fine. My results were good. However, to my shock, instead of just giving me my test results, the technician went into my personal MyChart records from Northwestern! She was looking at everything, including test results going back years that had nothing to do with this! She was noting doctor’s appointments that I’ve had and when they were, etc. This was a complete violation of my privacy! I had no idea that CVS system allowed access to MyChart or I never would’ve stepped foot in the door! Today, I attempted to delete my CVS account. Naturally, even that was a pain. I ended up calling the one 800 number and they basically froze it. (I would have preferred to have all of my information permanently removed from site!) I don’t appreciate having someone poking around in my medical records!
Excellent and genuinely caring dr, fast service. I was treated appropriately, CVS pharmacy also had my meds ready fast. One day later Im already feeling a lot better.

PA was very thorough and helpful
