Overall, it was a wonderful and productive experience. I had let a dermatitis rash get out of control and needed to see someone that day. The dermatologist I had been seeing no longer accepts any insurance, and my PCP had no available appointments that day. I was so relieved that I was able to make a same-day appointment with CVS MinuteClinic. My CNA (Providerel??) was very helpful and kind. She prescribed medicine for me that has already made a big difference--one day later. The CVS pharmacy was a few steps away, and my 3 prescriptions were ready by the time I walked over there. I'm back with Aetna insurance this year, after having been with Providerigna for the past 2-3 years. I'm totally happy with that decision, and the care I was able to get at the Woodridge, IL CVS MinuteClinic is a big part of that. I like that you're going digital. I love that I was able to schedule the appointment online. That's super convenient. During the online scheduling process, you may want to add a part where we can list what vaccinations we've had; so the practitioner doesn't have to spend time doing that. I will be getting my 2026 Covid booster and flu shot at CVS from now on. The waiting area is large, comfortable, clean and very pleasant to be in. I'll be 77 in Sept. and am still working. My dad passed recently at 106 years of age, bless his heart. We're still cleaning out his house getting ready to sell it. My plate is full at this moment and I very much appreciate the ease with which I was able to take care of my little rash issue. Thank you again!!

A thorough run through of my symptoms were given and questions were all answered till reaching a cause for what I have. She went through all possibilities and answered any questions I had
