The clinic was very clean and organized and the staff were extremely helpful, not just in the MinuteClinic, but in the whole CVS! My results got back super quickly as well which was a plus! Booking an appointment was super easy as well and I was able to get in very quickly!

The CVS Minute Clinic is nearby and very convenient. I was able to walk in without an appointment and was seen right away. The NP was very thorough and did not rush through the session. She even helped me find the correct over the counter meds while I was in the store. I have been to this clinic several times the past few years and always have had a good experience.

My experience with the clinician was excellent. The reason for the low score is I made a “waitlist” appointment the previous day and was told to be at clinic in 90 minutes. I arrived a checked in and waited over an hour before I was able to speak with the clinician between her appointments to learn it was very unlikely I would be seen from the waitlist. While I was waiting multiple people arrived with appointments and were placed in front of me, which I understand as they had appointments. My dissatisfaction is the way it was presented that waitlisted inferred I would be seen, when it was likely I would not get examined. I made an appointment for following day and appointment was flawless. I observed another person wait listed when I arrived and there was no one ahead of her. When I left 20 minutes later, 4 patients arrived and were listed ahead as f her, it was likely she would not be seen after waiting hours on the waitlist. As I indicated, my experience with the clinician was excellent. The clinician was very thorough it discussing preexisting medical condition and the appropriate otc medicine I could use.
