The Provider was amazing. She helped my family of four with pre-travel medicine prescriptions. The order was complicated and time consuming, but she was exceptionally kind and patient as we asked questions about options.
I strongly recommend Minute Clinic because I was able to get a quick and fast appointment with an incredible practitioner (the Provider) who answered all my questions and felt comfortable sharing with. She was attentive and informative.

It was so easy to schedule through the CVS app and more efficient to answer consent questions and provide insurance ahead of the appointment. But, I think it’s atrocious that people are able to schedule appointments every 10 minutes. My appointment took up every minute of those 10 even after scheduling ahead, and my issue was fairly simple. I can’t imagine that is enough time to spend with most patients. The practitioners need to to verify their patient identity/insurance, ask about current meds, take vitals, examine, diagnose, prescribe, etc. 10 minutes is not enough! I feel sorry for the practitioners.
