Nurse was unable to complete the procedure.

I was overwhelmed by the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The clinic was clean. The staff diagnosed my issue promptly and prescribed the necessary meds. It was 3 days ago and my issue has almost disappeared. I would recommend this CVS Minute Clinic to everyone. It was my first visit to a clinic of this type. I did not expect the visit to be the wonderful experience it was. Provider and [...] are two employees CVS should be proud of. Thank you ladies!

The Provider was kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease before, during, and after my testing. She walked me through what to expect and when to come if any complications or concerns. I felt like she truly cared about my over all health. Would highly recommend her!

I arrived 30 minutes early and checked in on the kiosk. The one other patient was seen and departed. I then waited 25 minutes alone. My appointment was at 6:10 pm. At 6:04 another patient showed up, waited less than 5 minutes alone, then was taken ahead of me. If her appointment was at 6 pm, she was late! I then waited another 20 minutes before she was seen and I was called. The NP saw me waiting alone several times before the late patient arrived. I believe I should have been seen first. Also, I believe an initial UTI (without fever, etc) should not require urinalysis and culture and sensitivity tests. Can be treated empirically unless it doesn’t respond. I worry about what my bill will be. No estimate given. That would be nice to provide patients. Especially since I had to provide a credit card authorization with no quote. The NPs were nice and through. My main issue was the wait as described and the amount of testing for an initial, uncomplicated visit. I attempted to use your telemedicine option, but waited 30 minutes to be connected and had to leave for work. That would have been based on symptoms only.

FNP was very professional & helpful when we asked how we might use clinic in future.

The Provider is amazing and we’re all lucky to have her!
