Great customer service. Practitioner was thoughtful and made sure she answered all our questions.
Seen in a timely manner and was treated with respect and kindness.
The care was great, however, I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the way the website made it look like I had an appointment when in fact it just put me on the waiting list to get me into the store. Luckily, someone right before me had checked in early so they could squeeze me in, otherwise I would not have been able to be seen. This seems like EXTREMELY deceptive practices on CVS' part to get people into the store whether they have a chance to be seen or not. Thankfully the nurse and doctor were flexible to get me in
