The nurse listened and did everything to help me. When it was discovered that my medicatin would not be available, she contacted multiple facilities to see if they had it (which they did not). Eventually she changed the med when it became completely unavailable after a few days.
Booking on line for elderly is not possible without help and you can’t call to make an appointment. Other than that I liked everything about the service. Was able to get an appointment here a lot faster than the dr office
The service was fine. It was performed on my The Provider who doesn't do technology. Too many texts and emails for him. No phone for an appointment option.
Visit was okay. Waited a bit even though there was no one in front of us. NP said my kids had hand foot and mouth because my daughter’s hands were itchy. It turns out she had hives from some kind of allergic reaction. Would have really preferred to go to our pediatrician but they were closed that day.
The PA was efficient and kind. I appreciated that she gave reasonable suggestions and was very professional the entire time.
The Provider was great. I was seen on time. Everything was explained in detail. I was allowed time to ask questions. Overall, a really great experience 😊
The provider I saw seemed overwhelmed or confused. She asked me which pharmacy I wanted to use 3 separate times. She also put in my chart that I had elevated blood pressure, but did not put the numbers in. When she took it, she told me it was 118/82. That’s not elevated. She did take any tests for strep or flu. She prescribed an antibiotic and told me to take Sudafed.
There was no waiting. They did solve my problem and I was very thankful.
The Provider was carrying and very thorough. My gout was unbelievably better the next day. I’m sure by the time I’m done taking the medication, I’ll be good as gold. Ty.
