The Provider was amazingly patient and professional! She took her time hearing me out and it did not feel rushed. Truly felt like care!

The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to my reason for the appointment.
Long wait, and my son was sick the NP refused an antibiotic because she said it had only been a few days that he was sick. He ended up at urgent care which cost more money with an antibiotic. So no it was a waste of our time and money. If we are in the clinic we are sick. It’s not for fun then to have to spend more money to get him antibiotic was unnecessary.
The NP listened to me and understood my medical questions. She was kind and patient. The medication she prescribed was effective!
