This appointment was for wax removal from both ears. I used ear drops for a few days before my appointment. The day of the appointment when both ears were checked for wax it was discovered that my ears were clean. So I didn't have any procedure done to remove ear wax.

We walked in 40 minutes before close. No other patient in sight. Unable to use kiosk to set appointment within the next 40 minutes. We sat down to wait for a staffer to come out. When she came out, she was clearly annoyed to see us. Still no other patients in sight in the room she exited. She invited my son (age 16) back. I asked if she wanted me to come back and her response was snarky. The app advertised walk-ins welcome, so her demeanor was surprising.

I was treated with respect and professionalism by both the nurse and doctor on staff that day and it was a Sunday. It was easy to make the appointment online. It was great to get the prescription filled almost immediately after the appointment. Great Experience!

I arrived while the nurse had some open slots And was immediately given the treatment needed by a congenial professional nurse.

The staff was very polite and professional and made me feel at ease and comfortable with my entire visit. Being a germaphobe, I usually feel anxious around medical treatment facilities which has a tendency to increase my blood pressure. However, Nurse Practitioner The Provider was very comforting and provided me with important information for future use.

On time, convenient, efficient, personable, thorough.

The doctor was great, listened to all my concerns and gave great advice.

The NP had to remove wax from Both of my childrens ears. We have this done often at the Pediatrician and its fine and easy. She was so aggressive removing it they both were hystarical and Had ear pain the rest of the day. Happy with diagnosis but not sure my kids will come back

Everyone was nice and engaging. We ran a strep test and we were able to get my daughter the medicine she needed to feel better.
