Excellent communication with provider. Thorough and professional.
It was quick, convenient, and my problem was solved.
My experience at the Minute Clinic on May 9th was stellar. My nurse practioner, The Provider, called me back to her office at the exact time of my appointment and her personal skills throughout the appointment was superb.
The nurse was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking my health history to diagnose my condition and prescribe appropriate meds to return me to a healthy person.

The medical care I received was great! The scheduling process was a bit problematic due to a mix up with the practitioner going to the wrong CVS (in Avon) instead of the CVS in New Palestine where she was scheduled to work. She apologized for the inconvenience. I had to wait a little longer than I anticipated in light of the fact that I had an appointment and was not a "walk-in".
