The scheduling process was very easy as well as checking in. The NP was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. It was very easy to get my prescription filled at the pharmacy to save time and get me home to rest quickly.
Professional courteous time sensitive friendly
Clinic was great, but there was an issue getting the Rx filled. Something about it didn't transfer online. So I had to make 2 separate trips just to fill it.
Polite & efficient
I arrived a little early and my name was called maybe 3 mins of me sitting there, which was great! I was getting my testing done for a job and everything went smoothly. I was even asked if I needed anything else. I was able to ask questions and was given helpful information.
Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.
I had 2 ER visits before my trip to CVS, and the NP at CVS was the most helpful, most compassionate, and most thorough of all the medical professionals who have looked at me during my illness. At the ER, minimal tests were done and I was quickly sent home when MY self-diagnosis/concern was ruled out - no further testing was done either time, and my issues continued. I got no post-visit instructions and very little information. I'm so thankful for The Provider at CVS in Speedway for the time she took to listen to me, check things the hospital didn't check (when all I went to see her for was a possible ear/throat infection), give me information and advice pertinent to my entire situation, and prescribe medications to get me through until I could see a doctor next week.
