I arrived 30 minutes early and checked in on the kiosk. The one other patient was seen and departed. I then waited 25 minutes alone. My appointment was at 6:10 pm. At 6:04 another patient showed up, waited less than 5 minutes alone, then was taken ahead of me. If her appointment was at 6 pm, she was late! I then waited another 20 minutes before she was seen and I was called. The NP saw me waiting alone several times before the late patient arrived. I believe I should have been seen first. Also, I believe an initial UTI (without fever, etc) should not require urinalysis and culture and sensitivity tests. Can be treated empirically unless it doesn’t respond. I worry about what my bill will be. No estimate given. That would be nice to provide patients. Especially since I had to provide a credit card authorization with no quote. The NPs were nice and through. My main issue was the wait as described and the amount of testing for an initial, uncomplicated visit. I attempted to use your telemedicine option, but waited 30 minutes to be connected and had to leave for work. That would have been based on symptoms only.

I was able to get in last minute on a Friday, plus my Rx is filled right there. Very convenient!

The Practitioner The Provider was very professional in her care giving.

Admitting was very rude & discourteous. She raised her voice at me for scheduling my visit at her 116th & Rangeline Rd. clinic instead of the CVS on Pedegru. How was I to know that this clinic was overbooked and too busy to see me if the online calendar stated that my selected date and time for visit was available? After I quipped back at her that if I was such an inconvenience to her that I would just leave, she changed her bad attitude. Although the nurse practitioner was much more pleasant and professional with me at my appointment than the rude admitting person, I will only go to Walgreens Clinic from now on.

The only issue I had was the duplication of sign in requirements. I filled out all my info on-line. When I arrived, it asked me to fill out all the info again. Fortunately, I had just filled out my name when the attendant called my name...so I didn't have to continue. If someone fills out the info on-line...just ask them to sign in by selecting their name. Apparently it works,
