The Provider was kind and professional.
My experience started off horribly. I went online to schedule an appointment at the Minute Clinic in my area. The only options were for virtual appointments so I selected one. Once the virtual appointment began, the practitioner said it was obvious I would need to supply a specimen for examination and that I could go to the Minute Clinic in my area. When I explained to the practitioner that I needed confirmation someone was actually at the clinic, she gave me the customer service number. I called and the call loop was extreemly hard to get through. After several tries, I finally made contact with a helpful customer service representative who made an actual appointment for me at the Minute Clinic in my area. So, bottom line, the online scheduling tool is faulty and, the customer service menus are difficult to navigate.
I was charged 180.00 for covered services through caresource. I verified before going to minute clinic but I was charged because you guys said it wasn’t covered. I now have to wait weeks for caresource to reimburse me as they say they will. Second I was there for IM injection and the lady missed muscle the first time and had to stick me again!!

Easy to schedule, the nurse saw me promptly and explained the vaccine process.
My experience with CVS Minute Clinic was EXCELLENT. I was administered by The Provider. She was very nice, professional, easy to talk to regarding medical reason for being there. The Provider checked me over and realized I had a bacterial infection. She prescribed medication and by 2nd day was feeling much better.
The Provider was great! Got my diagnosis cured asap! Very efficient she was also as I did a walk in on my lunch break!
The Nurse Practitioner, The Provider, was especially attentive and responsive. I set an appointment time and was met right on time! Overall, the experience was very good.
They are always very kind and take plenty of time to look me over/discuss issues with me.
