One thing that bothers me is that I was told to show up 20 minutes early so that I could check-in, even though I had filled out the paperwork online. I showed up 20 minutes early and the check-in process on the computer only took about a minute. Then I waited until 20 minutes after my appointment time ... so, 40 minutes of wasted time. Why do I need to show up 20 minutes early if I filled out the paperwork online?
The Provider was wonderful. Listened well and sympathized with me about my condition and recent health issues. Even though the lab emailed me about test results she personally called me the next day to share results.
