Ease of appointment, minimal time wait and wonderful provider
Wait was short, NP was kind and patient.
The nurse practitioner that I saw was very kind and saw me before my scheduled time. I was seen and had my prescription in me hand in 30min which is very impressive in healthcare nowadays. I appreciate how friendly, professional and efficient the provider was.
I have a good understanding from the doctor and allowing me to elaborate on what I was feeling. I am genuinely grateful for her help and getting the care I know I needed. Thank you.
Scheduling and the appointment were fantastic. I did not give a 10 rating because there is not a way to call and speak with or leave message for the NP to call back. Unfortunately there was an adverse reaction to medication that was prescribed and required a drive there to speak with her. I suggest the ability to leave a voice or email for follow up. Thank you.
