Booking a visit was easy. The doctor was very thorough and addressed my health concerns, making me feel better. My prescription was ready in no time.
I came in with a complaint of an impossible ear infection and got an extremely thorough exam with lots of questions about any other symptoms I might have. The person was very sympathetic, but also very thorough.
It took longer than it should have before I could see the clinician, in part because she told me she was fairly new to her position. No other problems with my visit.
Person was not familiar with what test should be done based upon what I asked to be done. They should have done a swap of my throat based upon my request to screen for an oral sti. She then told me to pee in a cup.
The staff was prompt, thorough, kind and understanding. She listened clearly and provided good recommendations for my care going forward.
