Exactly what I came on for with good results
I’ve purposely waited three days post appointment to give this review. I work 10 hour days, so it’s convenient to be able to make an appointment rather than gamble on wait times at other urgent care clinics. On arrival, I was seen on time, and the gentleman who treated me took time to investigate my symptoms, examine me, and rule out Influenza, Covid, and Strep Throat (which I thought I was getting) within 15-20 minutes. Turns out, it was a severe sinus infection and my symptoms were caused by the nasty post nasal drip often associated with sinus infection. I was out the door with a script promptly and three days later, I can tell he diagnosed my affliction correctly because I’m starting to feel better. I’m confident the remaining meds will knock it out as the post nasal drip has receded and the pain is a memory.
over 30 minutes past the appt - why make a appt if they are not even close to the time. Then my wife was next at 10:10 the NP claimed she was not taken because he was double booked - the software should not allow this. She waited over an hour past her appt. I made this appt the week before. The NP took someone else that came and checked in well after The Provider !
The Provider was very helpful, professional and fun to talk with. She ran all the tests we needed for diagnosis.

I brought ,my Mom to the CVS Minute Clinic. The appointment was on time. The nurse was wonderful. She made my Mom feel comfortable, and really listened to her account. She was thorough, assessed my Mom, and provided a prescription. She made sure she answered all of my Mom's questions, as well as my own questions. We had a very good experience from start to finish.
