The NP saw me promptly, took the appropriate tests and prescribed medication that my periodontist confirmed that she had prescribed the correct medication when I saw him the following morning.
I thought it was a great experience, my first time coming this CVS for an appt such as this, and I pleasantly surprised and happy with the service I received. The physician was very nice and ask questions, and provided great feedback. I liked her a lot.
I received no answers or medication to assist with my cold like symptoms. I have been repeatedly sick every two weeks with this being the third time it has happened. Because during this visit, I was only on day 3 of symptoms they considered it viral and did nothing for me.
Friendly, competent, efficient. If is questions like this that make me think I should just skip these responses. I don't mind checking boxes, but I really don't want to do written answers. Minute clinic h as a very simple and efficient business model, but I don't like writing answers. There's no place to write about making or changing an appointment -- that part of your operation is lousy. I learned a long time ago that if I haven't written down the "secret code" I can't make a change on line, and then I can only make changes within a narrow window. Why? If that hapened to me more frequently, you'd get a lot of 5s. I really think I'll just skip the survey next time..
