My son and I were on time for his 500pm (ET) appointment and we were required to wait approximately 75 minutes to see the provider. The provider came out of the office around 600pm (ET) to let folks waiting know she would help them soon. At that time, I informed her we had been waiting for over an hour to be seen.

The medical staff of CVS is very amiable, and the injection is painless.

My appointment was canceled without my knowledge even after multiple emails and texts were sent to confirm.

I had an appointment for 4 pm, I wasn’t seen until past 5 pm. After testing negative for strep the physician asked me if I wanted to get my TDAP vaccine since I was behind. I asked if I could get this vaccine while sick the physician then said that I could as long as I don’t have a fever, she then asked ME if I had a fever (after having completed all of my vitals). I told her I was unwell and had a headache and that I did not know (she had not informed me of my temperature). She then took the temperature for both of my ears, asked me if I normally run warm I told her I don’t know and then established that I did have a low grade fever. Appointment felt like a waste of time since I was already seen an hour after I was supposed to even though I got there before 4 pm and completed the check in and it felt ridiculous to be asked by the physician if I had a fever when she had already completed my vitals.

First time visit and was pleased by the the entire experience.

The first visit to the minute clinic was good. I took my mom to get a tb test. We were scheduled for a follow up two days later and an appointment was made at the same location. We showed up for that appointment and checked in. Providert for 15 minutes then realized the minute clinic had not opened at all that day. I guess no one showed up to work. We never received a email to alert us to this. The next closest location was about 30 minutes away. I would have headed straight there but saw on the app that the lunch break was about when we would have arrived. So I scheduled for right after lunch. Later went and had to wait 15 minutes for them to open up late from lunch break. I would have appreciated some notice that first place had closed for day even though we had an appointment scheduled. Someone else also showed up as we did at first location not knowing also it was closed

I signed up for an STI screening and had to be sent out to another clinic for half of the test to be completed. Why do you not have the blood tubes in stock?
