They were friendly and I was seen on time.
The experience was quick and easy with great service provided. Signing in at the kiosk was easy and allowed me to view the progress of when I’d be seen, as I arrived early. Once seen, the doctor was knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. My appointment was over quickly and I am confident in the great care that I received from the doctor.
I love this place
They were patient, kind and knowledgeable. I was able to get a prescription filled right there.

We waited almost an hour past our appointment time and not one nurse or doctor ever let us know they were running behind. Not a single word from anyone coming out of the rooms into the waiting area. The place itself looked old and in desperate need of a makeover. The nurse was kind but they didn’t use the paper on the tables where my son sat and it didn’t look at all wiped down. I will never go back to this place again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I would rather pay a higher fee and go to an emergency room. This particular minute clinic really needs to be evaluated.

My doctor used google ai to answer my questions, took me an hour late because there was a walk in who came in the same time as my appointment even tho I was on time, prescribed my medication to a different state and never cancelled it, told me it wasn’t his fault, and I am still without meds and angry. If I wanted google to tell me what was wrong I would have done it myself.
