La Dra fue excelente, muy solidaria xq llegué muy enferma y su atención fue excelente. Mientras me valoraba hizo el pedido de las medicinas para que me fuera con todas ellas a la casa y no tener que salir porque estaba muy enferma. Me enfatizó mucho sobre dos medicamentos para mi mejoría. Llegue a la farmacia presenté la evaluación médica donde decía los medicamentos y sólo me entregó 4 de 6 medicamentos , no me informó que estaba pendiente 2, yo los hubiera esperado . Cuando llegue a la casa sólo recibí 4 medicamentos y los 2 más importantes no me los entregaron lógicamente mi memoria no fue total pasé muy mala noche y tuve que salir al día siguiente para saber porque no me habían dado el resto de medicina y las 2 más importantes. Le informé a la auxiliar de farmacia no me dijo nada solo las entrego y no mas y fue la misma que me atendió el día anterior , no es nada empatica , no saluda y cuando le hablé se le vio su inconformismo por atenderme. No verifico el resto de medicamentos y tampoco me informó que hacían falta. Pienso que personas que tienen poca tolerancia y paciencia con pacientes y más que yo estaba enferma no fue nada solidaria como lo fue la Dra.

Convenient, professional care. The Provider, the NP, spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough.

Overall visit was good.

I waited an hour past my pre scheduled appointment time. I came here for a 2 min test… I have been to multiple minute clinics and never had to wait that long. I understand maybe waiting 20minutes because things happen but an hour is a waste of my time. Someone on the waitlist got in before me when it was already 30min it’s passed my scheduled appointment. I think there needs to be more providers available, or less time slots if they can’t keep up with the patient load.

The staff was very friendly and made sure I understood each step of the process. She listened closely to my symptoms and asked clarifying questions to ensure she captured them correctly.

I made an appointment for 10:30am on a Sunday morning and we were not seen until 11:40am. The NP was efficient so I knew she was working diligently with the patients in front of us and not wasting anyone's time. Might I suggest longer appointment times on the scheduling portal? Or staffing two NP's on a weekend? She was the only NP on staff at the time we were there. She did diagnose my daughter and was able to secure a prescription at the same location.

The MinuteClinic provider was very kind and helpful. However, she was running significantly behind, taking up to 45 minutes per appointment. She then did not appropriately send the prescription to the pharmacy. I then had to wait an additional hour and a half for her to accurately print and sign the prescription in order to get my medication filled. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
