I was very satisfied with my appointment. I got seen timely and the nurse was very kind and explained everything to my satisfaction.

The reason for my score, for thanking the Nurse Practitioner for her concern of my condition and the quick response of reaching out to Atrium hospital. I am doing well. Thanking The Provider and her for her service.
My provider was thorough and felt like a partner in my care to help me beat a respiratory infection. She was very holistic in her approach and I appreciated that.
She was knowledgeable and professional with my issue. Her attitude was very pleasant with a smile. I was treated with very good care. Great job!
I really appreciated the kind and professional care.
Service was great, but the charge was way too high. I just needed an ear cleaned and it was $160 before anything even happened. I didn’t want a checkup. It also was not clear the cost until it was too late to go back. By the time I found out seeing me was $160 they said it was already too late to avoid the charge.
I came in for a cholesterol screening and clearly stated I read on Google the charge should be max $70. The lady said yes yes and today I was charged $229 for a finger prick and a blood pressure check. I will be disputing the charge and looking for a way to file a formal complaint with the state.
The care and diagnosis I receive is number one. The ability to get an appointment evenings and weekends is number two. Ease of scheduling an appointment is number three.

The Providersie[...] was very rude and unprofessional. She lacked basic customer service. She talked over me. My biggest issue was she filed a claim with Medicaid after I asked her not to and even explained why. She also knew that I was going to pay the amount due with a card. I was very clear and she still did what she wanted to do. CVS has loss a customer in me due to her actions.
