The CVS NP is better than most of the doctors I have experienced. She truly listened to me, made sure to check me all over, and validated how I was feeling. Best experience with healthcare is a long time.
I feel she did a great job. She listened to me, asked questions and provided great care.
If your pharmacy staff doesn’t improve its customer service skills and communication I’ll start going somewhere else. I understand you hate your job or are very busy but that doesn’t give you free rein to treat your customers like crap.

The doctor could not have made getting treatment easier - they out performed my regular GP this time - which is hard to do!
