The Provider was very kind and thorough .
They listen to your situation, and truly offer the best possible way to getting back to health.
The care team was professional, thorough with listening to me describe my symptoms, follow-up exam, testing, diagnosis and recommendations for treatment for bronchitis. They were friendly and understanding.
The hardest part is all the check in and the nurses can take care of that (thank you). The minute clinic is easy to schedule an appointment, the time is 1-1 so VERY personal, there’s a moment to just relax and talk, I trust them
Liked the PA alot but the CVS online appt system is very confusing. I thought I made an appt and it was only if a regular client did show up. I could have sat for hrs. Hope they will remedy this. I'd prefer just walking in. The name minute clinic makes you think no appt needed.
