Great staff. No wait time quick and efficiant
Providera is friendly, professional and made my visit very easy and stress free.
We visit MinuteClinic quite often but not at this location. We were there for over an hour waiting for test results; apparently not all of the rapid tests were operating but there was no communication with us after we saw the initial nurse as to why we waited for 45 minutes to see the NP. Not related to the practitioners at minuteclinic, during our wait for the NP, two employees of CVS got into a very loud argument which lasted about 15 minutes. They continued this argument throughout the store as they walked around stocking shelves. It was extremely unprofessional and made both of my kids, one of which was sick, very uncomfortable. Honestly based on these experiences I would not go back to this location unless it was absolutely necessary.
Took time to really listen to me concerning my symptoms and concerns. Very thorough and concerning. I will not hesitate to go there again.
It is always easy to make an appointment. The nurse and the NP are very nice at this location. I bring my son here a few times a year when he has small illnesses.
The nurses took into account my symptoms and provided directions and medications that have already helped. To be able to get medical assistance so easily for a common sinus and bronchitis infection was terrific!
The women working the clinic the day I came in were wonderful. So nice and very informative. They made me fill calm and understood what I was going through.
I am so glad we have a place to go for minor things like Minute Clinics. It is hard to be seen by a regular doctor these days without an appointment way in advance. I like the whole process of signing up at the Kiosk area and then signing back in for your appointment. The nurse on duty was great and took care of my situation and even called in a prescription for me. I highly recommend Providera. Very nice to work with.
The practitioner I saw was thorough, didn’t talk down to me, and was very helpful.

I felt that the two nurses who treated me were very kind, friendly and respectful. They were efficient, too. The Provider, the doc who dealt with my impacted eardrums, went beyond the call of duty, seeing me three times in order to address the matter! I'm so grateful.
