I used to like minuteclinic but this visit was not good at all. The arnp with the botox lips and drawn on eyebrows was so unprofessional and uncaring to my young daughter who is sick. The lpn that we were with first was kind and caring, she ran a strep test that came back negative but the arnp decided she didnt like that test and wanted my daughter swabbed again to use a different test so Im sure my insurance will kick back having two different swabs for the same kind of test. But she didnt even look at her throat or in her ears or listen to her chest so when I asked if she could because obviously Im not a doctor and was just explaining what I saw in her throat and her symptoms, the arnp copped an attitude and then talked down to me after each step like I was stupid...this was easily the worst visit and we drove quite a distance to come here to be told, its too early to tell if itll turn into an ear infection or sinus infection so just come back in a few days...I mean what was even the point of going aside from being treated rudely by somebody that obviously doesnt want to be there. I took her to a different urgent care the next day and was told she had a sinus infection that needed antibiotics! So completely wasted money, time and my daughter's energy while sick to go visit this joke of an arnp at your location.

Trying to book a appointment was difficult. Tried 3 times on Monday, would not confimr. Tried again Tuesday, at the CVS, via phone, still would not confirm. Managed to make one via kiosk at the clinic. Sort of defeats the purpose.

I believe, as well as consulting medical personnel, that amoxicillin should have been prescribed for 10 days not 5 days.

Nurse Practitioner The Provider was kind, caring and professional.

The nurse practitioners at CVS minute clinic on Celanese in Rock Hill South Carolina were very nice very cordial and was concerned about my issues. They were well professional and everything that they did so I will definitely be going back again.

Nurse was very helpful and pleasant.

I came in to have wax removed from my ears. The nurse or pa looked in my ears. No wax but fluid. One of the things she recommends is nasal rinse which I told her I do every night. She said what I do every night is only good for sinuses. Well what is the saline rinse good for? I said do I spit the stuff out she says no just swallow it. That doesn’t sound right. I checked the instructions and it says not to swallow. Hmmm does she even know what the heck she is doing?

The whole process was so simple and effective. I appreciate the honesty of the PA and the help I was able to receive on such a short notice.
