I made an appointment for Minute Clinic Wesley Chapel and drove to the CVS in Wesley Chapel. When I arrived and could not find the clinic, I asked and was told that the Wesley Chapel clinic was in the Sun Valley store. The clerk added that this happened all the time. The Minute Clinic verified this to be the case. Please update the name to reflect the correct location of the Minute Clinic. You closed the Monroe clinic, so this confusion is very inconvenient and maddening for those of us who aren’t worthy to have a convenient Minute Clinic. Once I finally found the Minute Clinic, I had a great experience.

The PA and nurse were phenomenal. They were both lovely, informative, and helpful. The wait time was non existent. I got a follow up phone call the next day. Awesome in every way.

The amount of time and care shown me was incredible. It may be sad that a medical appointment is this mama's closest thing to self-care right now, but that is the impact of the visit in addition to the diagnosis and prescriptions. I felt seen, valued, and cared for.

My nurse practitioner went above and beyond to ensure that I got the medication that I needed. She also gave some great advice for next steps should the symptoms get worse or continue.

My nurse practitioner The Provider was absolutely outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. (More about her is listed below). However, I'm leaving a low overall score because your process for sending prescriptions from one CVS Minute Clinic to another CVS pharmacy is totally broken. 1 of the 2 prescriptions Providerarena ordered was not visible to the Wesley Chapel Pharmacy when I arrived there. The representative behind the counter told me that perhaps the missing prescription would be called in by the end of the day which was unacceptable to me. So I spoke to the Pharmacy Manager (Providerh [...]ning) who told me that they could not phone your Monroe CVS location to ask them resend or reload the prescription and that they could only call unaffiliated doctor's offices with prescription questions but could not phone a CVS Minute Clinic. That meant that I had to drive back over to the Monroe Minute Clinic which was about 10 miles. Fortunately, the Clinic was empty at that time and Providerarena went into the system again to reconfirm that the 2nd prescription was in there. Then when I drove the 10 miles back to your Wesley Chapel Pharmacy, I picked up the 2nd prescription that was missing. I again discussed with Providerh [...]ning that it was ridiculous, impossible, and possibly untrue that a CVS Pharmacy had no way to contact a Minute Clinic practitioner to get the 2nd prescription back into the system. This runaround caused me to waste a total of about 3 hours of driving around before I could get home and start taking both of these desperately needed medications. I should add that Providerh did not show any empathy about my situation and seemed annoyed that I was making her aware of this issue.

The medical professional, Providervidera, was fantastic. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took her time in her examination and explanation.
