I was unable to get a shot at the minute clinic. I really need a shot.
I received excellent care.
Very nice friendly nurse. Kindness always matters.
First and foremost, the bathrooms were in a deplorable state. I was seen for a possible UTI and had to use the restroom to provide a specimen. It’s disheartening that both the employees and patients are forced to use unclean facilities. The nurse practitioner could have shown more compassion in her interactions with me. Additionally, I was surprised that my test wasn’t fully conducted there, and the medication prescribed was based solely on my symptoms rather than the results of the test.
