"She wore gloves The best shot Ive ever had Could hardly feel the poke She didnt bear down on the plunger Practically no soreness a day later (I have to squeeze the area and then I have very minimal tenderness) Great skills !!! "

"We used the kiosk to make appointments for flu shots. One was at 9:40 the next at 2:40. The practitioner, seeing both of us there gave both shots at the same time saving us a great amount of time and inconvenience. In all honesty, an unusually thoughtful and common-sense approach."

"The nurse practitioners I saw (on Monday and Wednesday, 2 separate occasions) were very friendly and polite as well as professional. They gave me advice to manage my symptoms instead of just sending me away after I tested negative for COVID. They also educated me on the new variant and why I should be tested more than once, information I didn’t know prior to my visit. They didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing the information beforehand either, and they presented it in a way that was easy to understand. After I tested negative they still seemed genuinely concerned for my health. I never at any time felt that they rushed through my appointment to get to the next one as fast as possible either, something I really appreciated. Though the exam room floor was a bit dirty, the exam room furniture and waiting room chairs were clean. I was a bit concerned as it was my first time coming to a pharmacy clinic, but I was happy to see my concerns were unfounded as I had a wonderful visit. It was even better than some urgent care visits I’ve had in the past. "
