I was frustrated with the wait time. I checked in at the kiosk 15 minutes before my appointment, and then checked in again on my phone 1 minute before my appointment time. I was not seen by the practitioner until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment, so there was 25 minutes between my check-in and when I got in to see the provider despite no other people waiting.

I was very pleased with the necessary questions to determine the medicine I needed to get better. Very fast and helpful to not have to go to my regular doctor. Appreciated the quick med sent to pharmacy and in turn quick fill of prescription.

I don’t think the woman I saw gave me her name, for sure not her credtials. But, she was very pleasant, easy to understand, and treated me with dignity. I would return.

The whole experience was awful. I was at work, had cold symptoms, and wanted to test for Covid and flu because I work with vulnerable older adults. I Googled the hours and saw that the Minute Clinic opened at 8:30. So I ran over on my break at 8:30. The clinic was deserted. Nobody there, nobody in line, nobody at all. I checked in at the kiosk and sat down. A few minutes later, I got a text saying that "a provider would see me in approximately 30 minutes." I was confused because nobody else was there. I tried to speak with a pharmacy staff person but they went out of their way to avoid eye contact with me. I approached them anyway and that person wouldn't give me any information. Just terrible customer service. So I walked to the front of the store and asked a clerk if the clinic was open. He said that "she" was in, but maybe I had to knock on the door. I walked back to the empty clinic and knocked on one door. No answer. I knocked on a second door that was slightly ajar, and it popped open. The nurse was sitting on a computer and playing on her phone. I was finally able to get tested after that, but I was appalled by the whole ordeal. I was the only patient! It's supposed to be a quick visit type of place. I was on a work break. Why did I get the text saying I had to wait 30 minutes? Why were the doors closed at 8:45? Why did the provider ignore me? Why was the pharmacy staff so indifferent and wouldn't meet eye contact? I was never rude or demanding in the least. I just wanted to get tested.
