"The nurse practitioners I saw (on Monday and Wednesday, 2 separate occasions) were very friendly and polite as well as professional. They gave me advice to manage my symptoms instead of just sending me away after I tested negative for COVID. They also educated me on the new variant and why I should be tested more than once, information I didnā€™t know prior to my visit. They didnā€™t make me feel dumb for not knowing the information beforehand either, and they presented it in a way that was easy to understand. After I tested negative they still seemed genuinely concerned for my health. I never at any time felt that they rushed through my appointment to get to the next one as fast as possible either, something I really appreciated. Though the exam room floor was a bit dirty, the exam room furniture and waiting room chairs were clean. I was a bit concerned as it was my first time coming to a pharmacy clinic, but I was happy to see my concerns were unfounded as I had a wonderful visit. It was even better than some urgent care visits Iā€™ve had in the past. "

"[...] took care of me and did an exceptional job. She was very understanding, warm and had amazing listening skills, all which are VERY important, especially for those who are a bit more nervous/anxious. I left feeling confident of the care and recommendations I received. I was also very happy I was able to be seen the day I went on the website as my NPs office couldnt get me in. I knew I had bronchitis and was able to get the medications I needed to start recovering. Thank you so much!"
