The clinic is a great service and every nurse practitioner has always been excellent! They take great care of me, especially at La Vista, NE.
Process to get an appointment and check-in was quick and easy. During my appointment, the provider was kind, listened and it didn't feel like she was just trying to rush through the appointment.

Making an appointment was convenient but cumbersome. Don’t like that you have to prepay even if you have insurance and not knowing how much they’re going to charge you. Took way too long to get the script at the pharmacy on site. Was told the script wouldn’t go through and then the practitioner wrote one to physically take to the pharmacy. Waiting a long time with a sick patient is not helpful.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received when I visited your clinic yesterday. The Provider cared very much about my wellness and was very thorough in her exam. The last experience I had there was not very pleasant and I was hesitant to go but wanted to go somewhere quick and on my way home. Also, my prescription was filled within 5 minutes of leaving! I went in to get dot physical.,I failed the hearing part. I hear great but in the office she had the fan going and air loud. I could not understand her whisper. I still had to pay $150 .,it was very unprofessional.
