The Provider Chronic NP provided my excellent care. She is responsible for my high rating. On any factor I can think of, friendliness, knowledgeability, empathy, professionalism, she is exceptional.
Physician that was onsite was not clear of what was needed. Did not explain things clearly.
We were told that my daughter had allergies, which she had never had. They saw she was previously taking allergy meds, which was for hives , and assumed all her issues were from allergies. Even though we told the provider that she had been sick for almost two weeks. She was still miserable so a few days later we had to take her to her pediatrician who confirmed she definitely had a pretty bad sinus infection. So frustrating bc this could have been dealt with much earlier then it was.
The Provider was great. Very professional and friendly. Enjoyed working with her.
The doctor I saw was wonderful, personable and knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed my issue and prescribed medication to help. Experience was great all around.
I would gladly come back there. I had an extremely good visit. She was more than helpful and extremely professional. I was at my worst and she was the only person that really helped get me on the track to getting better as usual. It was a weekend.
